The restaurant collaborates with nearby suppliers, and only seasonal ingredients are used here. The menu, therefore, changes regularly, as the seasons do.
A spectacular view
As the name suggests, Fur Bryghus also works with beer, and if you come for dinner here, you can enjoy their beer from a cask or in a bottle in conjunction with your food. The restaurant is on the first floor of the house, and you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the brewery. Here they have room for more than 70 guests.
If you want a more intimate experience, you can sit in the fireplace room, where 35 people can sit together. Wherever you want to sit, you can enjoy the view through the glass walls to the brewery, where the beer bubbles in the open tubs.
